My private 1-1 sessions are focused around you and your needs and working towards your goals, working privately also gives you the chance to really be present and focus on your wellbeing first.

After years of crippling anxiety, panic attacks which led to severe Agoraphobia I lost who I was and my anxiety got out of control. Meditation learning to breathe correctly self-development has changed my life if you have any questions or wish to know anything please don't hessite to ask. 


We will arrange a 15-minute exploration chat over the phone to discuss what you wish to gain from working together ask any questions and where you are currently at so I can get an understanding of how to design our sessions. 


Sessions will include: 


  • Meditation - learn how to meditate and create a regular practice and creating a space for your practice. 

      Looking at different types of meditation and exploring other ways to Meditate.   


  • Mantras - Mantras are very powerful I will bring in different mantras to help you in your meditation practice but also to awaken certain qualities within and to deepen your meditation.


  • Mentoring - I will also bring in different tools to help you in your practice and your development I will also be your cheerleader! supporting you every step of the way these tools will be the things that have helped me in my own practice plus from my Meditation training and my continued spiritual studies and my own practice and experiences. we can also look at ways with working with stress and anxiety getting you ready for a positive productive day as well as ways to help you create a morning and evening rituals to help you unwind and improve sleep. 


  • Breath ( Pranayama ) using our breath to shift energy to help with our healing and deepen the meditation.

1-1 Meditation sessions can take place here where I have created a safe private space or via Skye call or a combination of both. 

Sessions can be one offs, or we can work together to create weekly or monthly sessions just for you.

I am a qualified Meditation teacher, Holistic Counsellor and Tantric Practitioner.
